Terms of Service

Services

Wright Works Consulting ("we", "us") provides website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services to small businesses. These terms apply to all services we provide.

Payment

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the site goes live. Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are delivered through your client portal.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own your website and all custom design assets created for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed revision rounds
• Ensure any content you provide doesn't infringe on third-party rights

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond those included are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify active clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
