When you fill out our contact or quote form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project. If you create a client portal account, we also store your login credentials securely through Google Firebase.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized data such as pages visited and general location — no personally identifiable information.

How We Use It

• To respond to your quote request and communicate about your project
• To manage your project, invoices, and payments through the client portal
• To send you transactional emails related to your project (quotes, invoices, updates)
• To improve our website and understand what's working

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card number or banking details — those go directly to Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Data Storage

Your information is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which is hosted on secure Google Cloud infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your client relationship is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just reach out and we'll handle it promptly.
